The innovative dot matrix is meticulously designed to cover only 36% of the surface area, leaving 64% of the film uncoated to create optimized micro-channels.
This electrical polyester film exhibits an excellent balance of mechanical and dielectric properties. It possesses high tensile strength, good dimensional stability, and can bear considerable mechanical stress. Its electrical properties are outstanding, featuring high dielectric strength and the ability to withstand significant voltage stress. The physical and electrical characteristics remain stable across a wide operational temperature range, with the polyester base film typically rated for continuous use up to 120°C - 130°C.
